Want to make money and drive good equipment, be off 48 hours on week-end. Houff Transfer Weyers Cave, Va. One of the best little outfit in Va. The only down side is that a few dispatchers there really don't know how to talk to a driver. If you have a "thick skin" you will be fine and make a little money.
Houff has terminals in Richmond and Norfolk. No NYC -
Does anyone here realize that in order for a trucking co.to be good,ya gotta do your part.Which means doing a good job for them in return for a decent paycheck.Way too many of you coming outa drivers school, think the trucking cos.owe you a living. Not so,its a two way street.

Did you ever contact McElroy? -
Hey Lou, I kinda backed off the trucking job issue for now, Just got a $6.00 an hour raise, as much as I dislike this job, the money is good, I cant make $26.00 an hour behind the wheel. -
SWEEEEET! Are they hiring where you work?
-
Actually, if you have any experience in aircraft maintenance yes, but not as a civil servant, only hiring contractors now, (but that would be 23.99 hr) no A&P required. Military A/C. Let me know if you are interested. Need resume.
