    And the saga continues.

I need to find a good starter company myself, got prehires from Werner and Swift but not really wanting to go with either... Think about trying for Crete, Conway Truckload or even Prime...

Well after reading 109 pages of ORG's journey (His first thread of 62 pages, then the first 47 of this one) between yetserday and today I must say it has been very educational and amusing.

Having been on a truck 2 years as a passenger has definitely helped me be sure of my decision to make a career out of trucking and has prepared me for the lifestyle (weird hours, sometimes infrequent showers, cramped living space, etc..) but threads like this have been great ways to "see" aspects I haven't been able to out here as a passenger (school, orientation, training, etc..). It has made me look forward to starting school in Jan (hopefully) all the more!

I am so glad you followed through with this ORG and I can't wait til you get time to come back and update us!

    Katey

*Begins on the first out of 93 pages (right this second) of Chris' thread*

Well I still haven't heard a word from my buddy. :biggrin_2556: I called him again today and left yet another voice mail. All I can say is whatever is happening with him, my deepest thoughts and prayers are with him and his family always. I'll keep trying to contact him. I'm headed for Colorado with this load. If he's home, I'll make a point of trying to stop by but he needs to let me know where he lives. I know the area but not where.

So buddy, if by chance you are reading these posts, give me a shout and an address.

Best wishes my friend and I hope you had a wonderful Thanks Giving!

Maybe this forum has served it's purpose as far as ORG is concerned. He's been educated, company trained, and now a company driver.

I know it seems unlikely, but it is possible he's out grown us.

    Thoughts?
