consumer reports gave valeo their blessing. they also said that rain x was good but i tried them and was not all that impressed. cleaned them twice already with alcohol and just ain't impressed with them. bosch has always seemed fairly good, but pricey. might try michelin this time around.

I use Valeo now, my brother got Chenese for his car, and seems to me they are of the same qulity. But how long they'll stay good...?

I change mine about once a month or every 2 months. As cheap as wiper blades are and as important as they are it's worth it.

    Paddletrucker Thanks this.
  7. Me too. I've tried all of them. They all seem to last about the same amount of time for me. It depends on how many bugs i try to wipe off or how many times they freeze.

I buy the ones that work the best, give me the cleanest windshield, and do the less streaking.

I buy the Michelin of Rain-X wipers, but they don't really last any longer than the ones that are a few dollars less, they just seem to do a better job while they are on there.

Haven't tried the Bosch. Maybe I'll give them a whirl.

I use Anco blades...I change them about once a year as a matter of routine maintenence and they are usually still working fine when I change them.
I tried Rain-Ex blades and I thought they were junk!

Naturally I use only OEM KW blades (..shh..actually made by Anco).
Yes, they seem to work the best of any brand....

I buy mine from my local parts guy pretty cheap...I'm sure Kenworth marks them up to about $3,000 each and then give you a "discount"...:biggrin_25523:

    List was $2991.59 each.
With my discount (for being such a loyal sap of a customer) ...

    $8
