sweetangel,
It may depend on the terminal, and who just happens to be on duty at that terminal, but I never had any luck getting anything other than my name put on my door. I couldn't even get them to just put my first initial + last name, or even leave a blank area; they insisted on my full name. I've seen other TMC trucks, who's drivers were, obviously, able to make other arrangements. Very few were their CB handles, but I imagine you may have powers of persuasion that most TMC drivers lack... there's no-telling what you may convince them to put on your door.
UMMM name on door????????????

The name is something they used to make you do but now if you want it you ask for it. It was just something they done no big reason behind it except the owner wanted his drivers to haave names on the truck they drove

I have a friend who's still running a winch tractor in the oilpatch at 69 years of age. He "Stupid" written on his door. If someone comes up to him ranting about his load or ETA or whatever, he just points to the name below the window. lol
