Hello Everyone... from Klingon

Hello everyone.
My name is Gary, aka Klingon (LadyK is my wife)

I/we (Paula & I) back in the early 80's owned a Delivery Service. Sold it and I went into driving truck. Did that till around 92.
Then went into construction for a couple of years and then when to school to learn CAD Design.
I worked for HP, Con-Tech and other companies... While working for others I also did some side work out of my house.
Now business is so slow, and schools are turning out kids that will do drafting for $10 per hour my business has been real slow.
So now I am closing my business and going back to trucking. I have allways loved driving and I am looking forward to getting back into it.
I will be starting out by myself as a solo driver but after about 6 months my wife will be joining me and we be driving as a team.

Thats what my wife and I are hoping...
We are going to be "Semi" retired... (like the pun?) We are hoping to keep the truck running for 3 or 4 weeks at a time, then where ever we are in the country parking the truck, renting a car and doing some sight seeing. (working it all out with the dispatcher ahead of time).
The plan is not to be back at our home in California for a year or maybe two. But like I said, that is the plan and if it will happen that way I don't know for sure...
