There was only one loader and I think they let them so they did not have to work too hard.

 

Getting ready to go out with my muzzleloader and hopefully bag a deer.

Thanks! I want people to be able to make informed decisions based on facts and reality and not just on hype.
This can be a real fun job and at other times it is the most frustrating thing you can do.
It is certainly more easy than it was 8 months ago...lol

 

Went up to the truck and it was snowing like crazy. It is still caked in ice from the trip home. I got my replacement refrigerator, under warranty, so I took it up and other provisions for tomorrow. Decided to spend the night at the house and Carolynn will take me up at 5 am. Hopefully it will not be snowing...but if it is, I will deal with it.
Did not see any deer. There is still muzzle loader season, another two day gun season and the rest of bow season. I never feel bad if I do not get one. I just look on my wall and smile!

 

A 10 pointer and a 14 pointer and my very first buck a small 6 pointer, but it was my first one so I had to mount it.

The two large ones were taken with my compound bow.

 

It is always great to be home and do some normal things...after all, that is the reason for working right!?
Could have slept another hour, but my body clock said to wake up!
It has been snowing and blowing all night. Not much accumulation.
This is my first winter in the truck. I was at the end of it with my trainer and have already driven in more than I did with him.
I am just going to take it easy and slow everything down in my mind.
I do not want to come off of that truck or trailer head first...lol.
