    My Con-Way terminal in StateLine, is still training new drivers. but If you walk in with a class A, Double, and Hazmat, your chances are better. and you go straight to driver pay.

    Pretty much these day's your gonna have to pay your dues in OTR unless you get lucky and find a local gig right off. Not many but there are some who have done it.
