I've been reading quite a bit. Quite interesting on how things pan out.

Trying to figure out what the real differences between a Class A and a Class B endoresment, and also how to go about getting a Hazardous Materials Endorsement, and a TWIC? Card.

Class A and Class B are not endorsements, they are different classes of CDL, explained here:

Did you try looking for the hazmat endorsement info on your own state's DMV website?
