TMC the beginning.

Sorry to hear that dude. I had high hopes for ya being a local Philly area guy. If you read here there always have been some shady practices going on with TMC. Some will praise them like they can do no wrong while others seem to get shafted for no good reason.

As for your situation keep your head up high and keep going. If you really think you have a case against them and have backing by others then by all means try it. But remember it will cost time and money, only you can decide if its worth it. Unfortunately theres lots of crappy employers out there who get away with a lot because they know the average guy can't afford to do anything.

They sent me home for a medical reason I didn't believe would matter also and I'm a southern white boy. I'm betting it was something other than race that got you sent home maybe Attitude.

 

Black, white, blue, green, purple, yellow, whatever...... They let go who they WANT to let go. I don't agree with any of it whatsoever unless I've seen problems myself. That's why I'm so scared that I'm going to get canned because of my situation.

Chris, keep your head up, my friend. Things WILL get better. If you want to be a flatbedder, don't be afraid to take a look at Maverick and Melton. No, they don't have that good of a reputation, but it all depends on who you ask. There are ups and downs to every single company out there. None of them are perfect, but by the same token, none of them are all bad either. Whoever you choose to go with, just let your skills do the talking. Go in there and show 'em what you're made of, driver. I'll be your groupie.
