Me get twisted over a joke, and when was that. SWIFT I do not have an axe to grind, both that hit me were students, both trainers were in the sleepers. As far as I know May is the only company that requires trainers to train. A May trainer is required to be up in the right seat when the student is driving.

I have recommended SWIFT as a start out companies for people I know, However I do not think they make a good long term choice. The biggest reason I would recommended SWIFT over MAY is MAY does there payroll onto a TCH account so everything you do to get your money cost you money, at the time I worked for them they did not offer direct deposit and I found this to be a gigantic pain in the but. But I think MAY actually had a excellent training program, when I turned a driver loose they were actually ready to drive.
