Yea, it'll be up in about a month. I was starting to think it was another BS way for the government to collect money, charging a fee for these reports. Here is the link to sign up at.

    www.vigillo.com/drivers.

The down side is and I qoute from the website "
NOTE: Your carrier will need to be an Affiliate member of the Vigillo Network (or Scorecard Subscriber) in order to provide you your Driver Scorecard. Ask your safety department to call us today at Number removed by poster Carriers are not required to be Vigillo Subscribers and it does not cost the carrier anything to participate."

So what about those of us who are unemployed? How do we get a copy? I'm curious just to see what it look's like.

I would strongly suggest everyoe spend the $10.00 and get your #### PSP report. www.psp.fmcsa.dot.gov

I just pulled mine and found a possible inaccuracy. Mine went back 3 yrs from date of request, 12/17/2007 was the oldest report on it. It shows a Log Violation that I'm not entirely certain of. If it's what I'm thinking it is, there was nothing noted on the paperwork given to me by the officer. There was one other item on it that I'm sort of certian about, but even still I think it might be wrong.

this might be an obvious question but why do we have to pay for our own reports .

I believe you are allowed to request this for free under some freedom of information act....but it can take a LONG time...

you can do an FIA request, however it will take 4 to 6 weeks, spend the $10.00 and get it immediately, then you can start the appeal process immediately if something is incorrect.

I agree. But someone mentioned it wasn't fair that we had to pay for it. We don't, technically. :biggrin_25525:

But $10 ain't gonna make or break anyone....

Yup, you can get it free from the freedom act, but you may have to wait 4-6 months to get it.
Or you can pay 10 bucks.
The fee is because the actual company sending the reports is a private company under contract with the FMCSA.

I have heard of allot of reports that are not accurate. One big one is for teams. It seems that all issues were reported on both drivers, and not just the one driving when inspected.
