I talked to a couple of people on the phone during the past few weeks, dont remember all their names, but I kind of doubt they will split the 35 out with the trainer for the holidays.
When are you supposed to arrive?
We MIGHT be going with Covenant

Interesting that they wouldn't consider splitting up training for Christmas. Isn't the rate of new hires that quit high enough? I was told by my recruiter that they will 'try' to get me home. It depends on the loads available. I have my fingers crossed. -

5 hours down, 22 to go on my LONG bus trip to TN. There's a guy here heading to CRST. Apparently he had a medical paperwork problem with Prime, so this is his second long bus trip as well. I don't like long bus rides because there is too much time to think/doubt.
For those not following my story, it took 3 tries to pass my CDL road test and I failed Roehl's road test. Covenant is the only other company interested in me at the moment, but all the negative posts about them has me even more worried.
Here's hoping for a better experience on Monday!123456 and ampm wayne Thank this. -

Ok, I read your other thread. Cov. doesn't pay well. If you think it's time to move on, that might a good idea. You guys are good people and good drivers, professional, efficient, safe, mature, good positive attitude.... everything that a good company can ask for. But Cov. doesn't pay well, they have many incompetent employees, bad drivers, inexperienced, immature, unsafe, ignorant.... but that's what they are. A training company. Some good drivers have been there for many years because they got a convenient situation, and/or a good relation with their dispatchers and they don't want to go through the hassle of finding another company. You guys can make much better somewhere else. All the best to you.
