So I think as a newbie forced dispatch will be pretty much universal anywhere you go and I think you got to listening too much to too many unhappy drivers instead of finding out things for yourself and yes many companies will tick you for failing to abide by the rules such as being late or smoking at a customers location where no smoking is allowed because after all there are rules to follow and to be quite honest with you you don't sound like you are ready to follow rules you're just wanting to run as you want and that won't work for you or the company you go to work for so i wish you well in your search but frankly don't hold out a lot of hope for you sorry to be so blunt
Gears, dollylama, ChainBinder and 1 other person Thank this. -
A shame you are having a tough time at Maverick. My eyes are blurry.
Rerun8963 Thanks this. -
its all good i know that if they want to treat people like kids im a full grown man not a kid and if it says no smoking well thats what it means and i do follow rules i drove in the late 80s and early 90s so have got lots of expericence at this my dad owned 25 trucks so rules aint nothing new to me pal and ive been in business for my self building houses for the last 15 years so i think that i know when some one is treating like a dumb ### kid witch i aint so i will find a good compaine. i will let you know tmc treated you better then that i have to say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i worked for they 4 1/2 months i sholuld have stayed i gess but thank you for the insite!!!!!!

Dude has no experience & is already making demands....
Well guess what! You ###### up!!! Maverick has their driver's home on the weekends 97% of the time. -
Come on REDD he has LOADS of experience ( shows in his 1 lonnnnnnnng sentence postings ) + Daddy owned 25 trucks, he was with TMC 41/2 months ( but supposedly they are a BUNCH OF CLOWNS ) .
Do none of them EVER check things out before they go to orientation -
Unbelieveable...
From the frying pan into the fire!
USA, PAM, Swift...you're joking right? -
You're a company driver. I've never heard of an outfit that had only company drivers and said "no forced dispatch". Don't expect it to be any different with other companies.
Rerun8963 Thanks this. -
FTL has no forced dispatch , brand new trucks , big bunk condos, APUs big INVERTORS , CB , cellphone included go where you want , choice of pulling anything they have.
