    guess i gotta be careful going thru there since i don't wear a seat belt and only put one on before i hit a chicken coop and take it right back off after i leave out of it..........

    He can boycott Illinois if he wants to, but if he travels through the state, whether he buys fuel there or not, he will pay the state fuel tax for the miles covered. That's how IFTA works.
