Please don't tell me whare I can go for exp. I would like to try and hook up w/ an o/o to teach me the o/o life style. I have heard and seen so much garbage that I came to conclude I'd rather drive free than risk some "training co." marking up my DAC w/ false reports before I even start. Any one interested in taking newbie out of my title please respond. No DUI,Felony,Wreckless driving,etc... One 9mph over in last 4 yrs. The thing that is keeping me from the co. of my choosing is a b.s incident when I was doing work for a lady and when finished she said I agreed to also cut down a lg. tree for the same price. When I refused to include it she said I ripped her off $200! Since some people have nothing better to do I'd have to wait another year to make the petti larceny 5 yrs old. Would love to hit the road before then.(so would my wife!) Will come to you, lets work something out. PM for more details.Thanx, Brian

Yeah, the guy that works for experience only is why the wages are so low, like there are alot of them out there willing to work for nothing.
(Please note HEAVY DRIPPING SARCASM .)
Newsflash: There are several of the O/Os here, tat if they had time, would teach me to handle those rigs, and to be taught by someone of their experience, I'd work for free too!FZ37 Thanks this. -

haahha i was just pokin fun bud -
Trucking's not a lifestyle it's work. What do you plan on doing with all of this non-verifiable experience? That might have been an option for you to get experience 30 years ago but not anymore. You'll get taken advantage of and the free stuff will get old real quick once you figure out it's hard work.

Trucking is a lifestyle as well as a job. How many other jobs besides the military require you to be gone for weeks at a time? Living on the road, and all the other stuff that goes with it.

Lifestyle by Choice !!!!
Most of the money makers in this line of work don't have to live like that !!
