Middlesex Asphalt...Anyone Know About Them?

I've been in talks with a company that has an account with ours. We do a good amount of business with these guys, and I've been window shopping around while working on obtaining my Class B CDL. Does anyone know about Middlesex Asphalt in Orlando, FL? Anyone ever work for them, or know anything about them? I've been told by three different people now that they do hire newbies fresh out of school and there really are no general requirements. So far the only thing I've been told is as long as you know how to handle a stick and you're not afraid to work nights for what they consider to be "entry level" wages (which are not bad I might add,) you're pretty much hired. But of course, if anyone does have any knowledge about this company, it would be most helpful as well.
