No man, im not trying to do that........so im trying to figure out how to explain this.....you wouldnt be pissed if someone went into your cab without you there? It's not "your" truck, "your" trailer, or "your" load ...

They can and will do what they want with them - whenever they want.

SEE WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT...DRIVER YOU SOUND FOOLISH..IM SURE ITS OK WITH YOU...WHEN YOU COME TO THE TERMINAL TODAY FOR YOUR RESTART, UNDER A LOAD, (WHICH A GOOD DISPATCHER DOES BEFOR THEY GO HOME AT 5) HEAD HOME 50 MILES, COME BACK TO THE TERMINAL..ANOTHER 50 MILES...TO FIND OUT SOMEONE TOOK THE LOAD FROM YOU AND SLIM JIMMED YOUR TRUCK TWICE TO PLEASE ANOTHER DRIVER....THEN...THE LOAD THAT WAS PUT ON YOU IS ONLY 100 MILES AWAY...AND ITS A LIVE.......SO YOU END UP WITH THE TAIL END OF SOMEONE ELSES LOAD...WHILE THEY TAKE YOURS?////THATS OK WITH YOU?.....CMON DRIVER....I BEEN DOING THIS LONG ENOUGH....MAINLY ALL NORTHEAST. ANY GOOD COMPANY WOULD HAVE CALLED YOU ON YOUR CELL PHONE TO TELL YOU THAT THEY HAD TO GET A PISSED OFF DRIVER OFF THEIR BACK, SO WE GAVE THEM YOUR LOAD BECAUSE OF OUR MISTAKE...NO NOT GOOD ENOUGH RIGHT, NO....YOUR SAYING THAT IM GOING TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE MENTALITY OF MARTEN, AND NEXT TIME DONT PARK YOUR LOAD AT THE TERMINAL...BECAUSE LIKELY SOMEONE IS GOING TO TAKE YOUR LOAD FROM YOU ...AND SLIM JIM THEIR WAY INTO IT?.........PASS........AND DRIVER...AS I MENTIONED EARLIER...I LET IT GO...I CONTINUED BY CALLING DISPATCH AND GETTING AN EQUAL LOAD IN MILES........AND CONTINUED TO MAKE MONEY FOR THEM.......UNTIL, LIKE MANY OF THE POSTS OUTLINE....THEY BRING YOUR 3000 MILES A WEEK TO 1500 MILES A WEEK......THEN, I KNOW NEXT...YOU GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY AND IT HAPPENS ALL OVER AGAIN......FORGET IT.........I WENT TO SCHOOL AND IM OUT OF THE INDUSTRY...MY CHOICE...I WAS DONE WITH IT......LOOKING BACK, I THINK THE TRUCKS NEED TO SHUT DOWN AND THE DRIVERS NEED THEIR DEMANDS MET. THE INDUSTRY NEEDS CHANGE. IF A DRIVER HAS TO SIT IN A DOCK FOR 3 HOURS, THEN GO PICKUP AND WAIT AGAIN...AND THEN TAKE ANOTHER LOAD ILLEGALLY TO MAKE ENDS MEET.....ALL FOR A 900.00 PAYCHECK, THEN THE DOT NEEDS TO CHANGE THE WAY SHIPPING AND RECEIVING WORK...NOT THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY...........AS USUAL YOU ALWAYS HAVE PEOPLE ON HERE WHO SAY THAT IT'S YOU WHO IS WRONG AND NOT THE INDUSTRY........KEEP ON DEFENDING IT......THERE ARE OPTIONS...YOU CAN LEAVE THE INDUSTRY AND GO TO SCHOOL FOR FREE AND TAKE UNEMPLOYMENT.....IT'S CALLED THE OBAMA FREE SCHOOLING AND UNEMPLOYMENT VACATION PLAN.

That is the story...look man i dont post here to often....but ive seen you do nothing but try to refute my claim with martin....fine....it happened...and there is no excuse..im smart enough to get out of the industry and do something else thats actually worth the time and sacrifice....we are going round and round here......to all newbies and guys who want to apply to martin.....read the posts here carefully......then make your decision.....dont be a company a//kissing sheep......do your homework first so that you wont fall prey to mrten transport...or companies like them..........there are people who try to stick up for companies who are well known for wronging drivers over the years.....these people are just here to win an arguement and its not because they want you to succeed.....so......make sure you use your head before going to martin trans.....
