I would be interested in hearing from others WSE screwed up their DAC. Seeing about taking them to court because of accidents they say was my fault but not! Strength in numbers, anybody else have this problem ? They didn't say anything bad on my DAC. But have killed my chances of another job with bull about accidents, one I was parked and backed into, and they included it on my DAC, even though I wasn't driving !

Greenergrass, you still driving for Tyson. I just graduated from NTI and was impressed. Going to start with Shaw after first of year in 2011, and have been impressed with what I've seen on this board.

I wouldn't be to impressed with WSE. I am having trouble since left with DAC. They say a no-fault accident I was in was preventable on my part. Despite the report says I had "no contributing actions". I was sitting still when hit, guy did not yeild to me in right lane with turn signal on and had to go into diesel lanes of fuel stop to get around me, when he got to end of lot pulled back to road and hit me. Also was shorted on pay and miles for several runs. Better check settlements or miles if company drivers! They have included equipment faults as accidents on my DAC also.
Have been out of work for a year because of them and fighting to get my record straight ! Almost got record corrected but still not paid for all work !

It has been explained to me by veterans that the lease program is great with a dealer. The company lease programs generally involve a jacked price on the truck and maintenance, not to mention ok miles until you hit the last 6 months of the lease then very little miles. Both of my stepdads and couple drivers from JJ's Place said if your gonna lease, save up enough to pay off the lease 9 months early, you should be getting miles and the company shouldn't expect it.

    Hope that helps
