Good morning Cappa5 and welcome to the forum! I'm a wannabe and I've picked the brains of many of the members here. Some didn't have it to spare
, so I'm asking you, when you have time, to relate a little bit about your experiences over the last 5 years. How has the industry changed? What, aside from the economy, has put trucking in a tailspin? Finally, what's your take on how CSA 2010 will affect drivers? Maybe you could post somewhere in the Experienced Truckers area! Looking forward to hearing from you!

If this company is still around, and if so,can any current drivers comment if it has gotten better?

Unbelievable,I gave my son a ride home,-had to go through Buffalo,Mn-and this SLEAZY excuse for a trucking company is still in business, really folks,I cannot imagine a worse company.-Shoulda took some pics.

It is too bad that this site and the comments found here are not viewed by more Drivers. One cannot stress enough about checking into the company you might work for before hiring on. I had worked for this idiot 3 years ago and was screwed. The company I now drive for does not deduct fuel surcharges, 50% of the lumper, 50% of tolls from my pay. I can only stress to all drivers, look hard at the facts before getting behind the wheel for this OUTLAW company. Yes, 100% OUTLAW!!!

I've been by their "headquarters" (thank heaven not out of any interest in working there)...it honestly looks a little like some bum's nasty, disorganized farm yard.
EDIT: Their CSA fact sheet. Yowsa.wizard1959 Thanks this. -
I won't say "yowsa." I'll scratch my head and wonder how can the same truck (and driver, I'm assuming) can get nailed for the EXACT same thing (11 and 14-hour violations) twice in 27 days, once in Iowa and again in Georgia.
And my jaw dropped when I saw the Vehicle Maintainence BASIC.
The facts speak for themselves.wizard1959 Thanks this. -
from the csa fact sheet it looks like they only have 16 trucks left.
keep spreading the word, stay away from this company..wizard1959 Thanks this. -
They have violations on equipment relating to insufficent brake drums and/or linings, flat tires, Steering system components missing and/or welded. That's just to name a few! Hopefully in the very near future dot shuts the doors on this dangerous company.

Apparately, Kelgar50, you did not read the whole story or even look at all the other comments made, and I know #### well you have not seen the contract, until you drive for this little p[rick, I suggest you keep your comments to yourself, have a fantastic day, you and sunil sound like you could be buddies.......
