    Yes

But you say they are suing your employer and not you. So CA can use judgements against your license. That's messed up as it's trying the same case twice to issue points. There's criminal cases and civil cases. They are using the civil case to issue criminal points. Arnold had too many steroids.

Maybe you are not seeing what I'm getting at....
According to the hiring qualifications list from before

Felonies can be forgiven after a certain amount of time
DWI/DUI can be forgiven after a certain amount of time
Misdemeanors for theft or fraud disqualify a person forever?

So say we have two people, Bob and Dave and it is 1975.

Bob robs 5 banks over the course of 6 months, finally gets caught and goes to prison and is released in 2002. In 2003 and 2004 Bob gets 2 DUI's. But now in 2010 Bob can go get a job driving a Big Truck.

Dave, in 1975 gets caught stealing a loaf of bread, pays a fine and does no jail time. From 1975 to 2010 Dave's driving record and criminal record are clean. But Dave can't get a Big Truck job because of that loaf of bread.

    Seems kinda messed up.

Well, I will not admit to something I did not do. When it went to trial, It was dismissed. Mainly because of my driving record. This kid is 19 years old, and was hot roddin' in his brand new camero... he tried to use me as a reason for his accident. The officer stated I was at fault, witnesses basically confirmed this. But the witness was across the 6 lane street in a parking lot. If this kid didn't use the bike lane which I was backing from as a lane, this would have never happened.

No, they are not suing my boss, as of now they are stating that the other guy is not at fault, that I am at fault and they want money because they will not issue money. Since he is not at fault.

so criminally I can be found not guilty, but civilly for the exact same case with no changes. I can be found guilty, and have points added to my dmv record?

It was in my boss's tow truck, thus this is why they are after his insurance. Its like letting my friend drive my car, if something happens they still come after my insurance.

You need to discuss this with an attorney.

REALLY!! NO KIDDING!! BECAUSE HE'S WHAT YOU SAID ON YOUR LAST THREAD:

"So, I am set to attend Western Pacific Truck School in January. I am a 26 year old male married with one baby. I have zero tickets, zero accidents, zero misdemeanors, zero felonies. My H-6 ten year print out is spotless. The only thing I think would hold me back from potential companies like Gordon, and Trans-System Inc. is my work history. I have had 7 jobs in the last three years. Only because when my uncles business closed down, I had to find work in the midst of this horrible economy. So I took crap job after crap job, finally got a tow truck job and mastered the double clutch. Now that I am set to attend school I quit the towing job, to focus 100% on Trucking. Now knowing this about me, what does everyone predict may be the outcome for me. I know Werner will hire me, that's a given... And I am considering them, but so worried that my DAC report will be destroyed when I leave them after one year to better my professional career for my family. I am willing to relocate, location is no problem for me." [IMG]

Do you have to run the road? Try running local. Move to a big city, always has work. You said you mastered the double clutch? How is that?
