    Now we have thunder up here...and the quiet babbling brook at the bottom of the slope....it sounds like a raging torrent...good thing we don't have one of the houses that are right on the creek!

    I should go down and check on some of the "elderly" residents!

    The St. John's, usually a peaceful little creek, if it even has water at all is running high enough that the walking paths are under water!
