Seen the pic/story on my homepage when I logged on. WOW!!!!!!!! HOTTTTTTT!! And driver suffered only 2nd degree burns? Wonder how that happened? Story said he hit a median divider while going too fast for the curve he was in. It's a wonder he isn't dead, along with the freeway he murdered!! Gotta feel sorry for the hundreds of thousand commuters for that stretch.:angryfire:

It''s just a little bit west of the Macarthur Maze, where 80, 880, 580, and 980 all meet. Nasty piece of roadway when everything is working well, one of the busiest intersections in the nation. It's gonna be down for months.

That has to be the most rediculous thing I have ever heard. I was in the oilfield for 14 years. I sat and watched an entire drilling rig melt like butter while being blasted with a fuel fire. And only took about ten hours to do it. I am hoping you are just kiddin here. LOL

So glad I am not going up there every week like I used to. I can imagine the disaster this is going to cause for the traffic in that area

MAN YOU SAID! That is really gonna be a mess. Hell it's a mess even when there isn't any road damage. I feel for anybody that is hauling freight out there. My luck I'll get get a load headed that way. LOL

I used to make a trip up there from Fort Worth Texas every week. I drove to the receivers gate on Sunday night and slept there after making the mistake of trying to drive in early on Monday morning once.

Yeah and it is so beautiful out there too! The sun is coming up and the smog is glistening in sun rays. LOL Hell it's almost to the point now I am not sure there is "GOOD" time to go in.
