The tank closest to the front tire is the wet tank. There is a pull cord for the drain valve on the back side of that tank. the drain valve on side you see on the front tank drains the purge tank for the air drier. That tank has the 3/8ths air line coming out the front and wrapping around the back that you can see. Drain the back section of the front tank with the rip cord.
Yes, that tank has an interior partion. -
thanks, I appreciate you all giving the time to write out solid answers. I thought this would be a flame fest.

Mine has a pull cord.
Heck, I have an air dryer on mine. I have yet to see any moisture come out of the tanks, and I drain them once a month whether they need it or not
-
Yeah, mine has the air dryer and the pull cord. Looked more into it and got more answers, Probably should have told yall its a brand new 2010 volvo.
Thanks for your help, I'm sure more questions will pop up. -
I am getting 4.9 to 5.4 mpg pullling 70,000 lb on my 06 Volvo with a V12 engine. I've recently had a valve adjustment done & an egr valve replaced. Took the truck to the dealer & they can't figure out what is wrong with it because it's not throwing any codes. Can anyone help?
