So I filled up my fuel tanks yesterday at Pedro in Laramie, WY. The last fill up was in Foristell, MO and I didn't get any fuel in between.

I topped off the tanks, yet the pump only shows I got 54 gallons. Obviously the pump calibration was way off. The only way my truck gets 17 mpg is if I push it off the cliff.

So I go inside and tell the clerks what's going on. They said they'll check the pump in the afternoon (it was 1 degree outside) and it's their fault for not having the pump properly calibrated.

I'm not sure what kind of implications this would have for IFTA and such, which I'll have to check with Mercer tomorrow. With my luck, it'll come back and bite me in the arse somehow. If not, merry Christmas to me.
