I'm supposed to be in the Southeast regional division (some say it doesn't exist though)...anyway, I run everywhere...mostly up and down I65, but I do get the occasional "oddball" load (AZ, CO, WY, ND, SD, etc.)

    Gunrunner84 Thanks this.

I always find it hard to slow down in my mind whenever I get home. I am so geared to keep moving and getting there on time, it takes a while to decompress! Just took a nice long walk through the woods with my dog. This evening I will go out and do some bow hunting.

    MtDewMan Thanks this.

Shifting gears does not make you a professional truck driver!
Being Safe, courteous, responsible, and delivering your cargo safely time after time is what makes you a professional truck driver.
I also found it nice not to worry about having to shift and only having to worry about getting the truck and trailer down the road.
I am neither incompetent or Lazy.:biggrin_25522:

Gunrunner84, MtDewMan and Road Boss Thank this.

Okay Supertrucke,r I'll bet you've never driven an autoshift, it actually takes more skill to become proficient with an autoshift.
