Strange sightings

Lets see, I have seen cars driving on the wrong side of the highway, men and women changing clothes in their cars, folks reading magazines, books, maps, watching tv, watching porn, sexual acts, shaving, brushing their teeth, eating, drinking, fighting, smacking their kids, tires falling off of cars, tires flying off of trucks, auto accidents, spin outs, skids, brake checks that left streaks of rubber on the pavement, trucks on fire, cars on fire, dead bodies on the side of the road from auto accidents, road kill, dot cops beating on a truck driver with batons attempting to subdue the driver and thats just off the top of my head.

I'm not a veteran, but getting a pat-down in a St. Louis Greyhound terminal by the TSA the night before Obama was sworn in was a surreal moment.

They'd just upgraded the place with new-lighting and a dozen 36" flat-screens. Every channel was on CNN.

"Papers please,,,"

Felt very Orwellian.

 

i was driving north bound on Rte ( in CT, about i'd say 5 miles off I-95 (exit 69) and as i was approaching an exit (passing it) there was what looked like a green streak in the sky. as i was getting closer to passing this exit, this green streak had a "tail" to it. come to find out, it was a meteor. the radio had said there was going to be a meteor shower(s) that week, and by golly there certainly was.

that "fireball" by the way, hit the ground and rolled just past the exit sign in front of me, and went across the exit ramp and "crashed" into the exit ramp ditch.

then for a few nights (this was either before or after the meteor, i do not remember), the night sky had a reddish glow about it, including the moon. it could have been from some volcanic event somewhere's around the world and finally "made it to" america. very interesting or "weird things" i have ever seen....

 

Hey Rerun, you ever watch Meteor Men? Those things are worth a lot of money! They get hundreds of thousands dollars for those rocks!
