Cat ET can be found for free if you do some searching. For communication you'll have to buy a Cat com adapter or use a Nexiq usb link.

What kind of Parameters for going in Ontario Ca would you want to change?

this is the link for the Nexiq USB link http://nexiq.com/node/3 it comes with a 6-pin & 9-pin Y adapter

Once you do get a Cat ET program you will need to license it.

If they are going to supply you with a CAT COMM Adapter II kit.......the price they gave you isn't bad. That kit is over $1500 US the last time I priced it.

The Nexiq USB-Link cable kits run anywhere from $700 to $1000 depending on who you purchase it from.

We should make Canadian trucks run at least 70mph and have at least 270 wheel base before they can come into the USA. :biggrin_2559:
