Allow me to share with you, I finally received my letter from Mr. Mark Dodge and the satety committee stating that I have made it thru my 90 day probation without any accidents and incidents, I have become a member of the fleet of drivers, I want to say I'm excited that I have made it to this point, I am grateful for the opportunity to work for Watkins and Shepard Trucking and look forward to many more years with them, I will have to say that if I get a local offer with a very good carrier, I may consider leaving here, but I am not looking nor do I have any thoughts of leaving, I appreciate the help that all of the drivers here as well as out there on the by ways and highways, as well as the staffs at several of the terminals as well as at corporate. I will tell yu that I have never seen a more honest and absolute company then W/S. Thank You again. TD24
