    At Express? They're not too bad. I made about 37-38k last year.

    i'm on par for 38k this year, so at least its steady. If you were thinking about working for Express I would highly advise against it. If you want to know more you can just pm me.

    Every location varies with pay, when I was in training some drivers were making at least $1 more than me

    Fedex Express falls under the RLA(Railway Labor Act), which basically says we can't go union unless it has the support of every location, making it virtually impossible.

    Fedex Freight falls under the NLRA(National Labor Relations Act) making it much easier to unionize.

    I believe this is why Fedex Freight gets better pay and benefits. It keeps them from wanting to go union, meanwhile Fedex can keep taking from us and raising our benefits, and there is not a darn thing we can do about it.

    It begins, not far from February when we merge. Fedex freight is taking all of our volvos !!! And there giving us all of there old beat up trucks. Might just transfer after all to the other fedex freight.

    Hey, we got freight's old tractors while they were getting new ones. Sounds fair. Freight seems to be the new golden child.
