JCT,,-I have noticed is one of probably three companies here on the forum, where, folks either LOVE em..or HATE em,for someone who HAS worked there,is there a main theme for the reason this is happening??

No,your husband is not a glorified company driver. He is a steering wheel holder, for the company. He is paying for all of the expense for a truck he'll probably never own.Being an L/P IS all crap.O/O don't give advance notice for home time. They tell the company "I'm going home".

O/O don't give advance notice for home time. They tell the company "I'm going home". :biggrin_25522: YEAH RIGHT, little more to being an O/O than having that type of ATTITUDE

It's not an ATTITUDE,it's an earned right for staying out 6mo.at a time.My husband only saw the house 3 times this year, once was just passing through.

I guess he did not tell the company he was " GOING HOME " as often as your original post implied he was capable of doing as an O/O compared to being a L/P.

Yes,he can come home anytime he wants, with just telling the company"I'm going home".He is an Old School O/O".He actually loves his job.He stays out, makes money so when he is home we can really enjoy life with a yearly cruise.:biggrin_25520::biggrin_25517:
