When you're use to the gravy train of Wally,it's hard to do anything else..I know at least 5 drivers at Wally and they all love it..Hard to get on as they get thousands..dare i say millions of apps..And plus after working a while,you may get transferred! Forget that..

 

After looking at those take home pay numbers he posted I can see why ...laughable...alot of good info until he started posting those .Think Ill stick with the Private Fleet!!!

Ok , I never claimed to be better than anybody and believe me I know all about the real world. The same thing happened to myself and plenty of others...most of us just chose to take the transfer... just so you know this isnt the first time this has happened . No One was laid off ...including YOU all these years later.

Profit sharing ...you are right its not there anymore , truth is it stopped being really indicative of profits long before you were hired. It was replaced by an increase in the 401 k match, which is an increase for those of us who try to plan for our own future. NO loss there!

Safety Bonus ...Yes it did change to Quarterly and it will benefit anybody who might have a BOO BOO ,you now dont lose it for the entire year the way it used to happen . No loss there.

As far as Wal-Mart or any company caring so much for anyone, please, any employee who thinks they are any more important to an employer than a means to get the job done is kidding himself ...or works for his parents.

I wont bother to comment on the venom you unleashed because there is no point .You don't know me ,nor I you ,well enough to make character judgements . If in the end you feel my comments about the results of Your comparison based on Your facts are unwarranted ,then so be it I can apologize for the way I said it , but does it really compare in the end ?? hey kentucky 24 Im an ex walmart driver myself, got kicked out of 6014 in laurens,told to go to groc dc, Im looking at superior in greer was wondering if you still would recommend them, going for road test tomorrow, 12/30/2010
