Yes i work for C.E.X and it's a good company. They don't pressure you and as long as you do your job you will get the miles and they will work with you. i cam from C1 i been driving for 2 years even when automotive is down I ask for regular fright just as long as i am rolling. When they start back up in July me and my husband we are going to team together. i have tried with other people but i didn't like it to much so i perfer my husbnad. What ever you do make sure that Log book is kept up and stay legal but may god bless you out there and drive safe.

Hmmm...I never saw this thread before and to say the least, it's par for the course when it comes to drivers blowing smoke on things they know nothing about.

    This is a perfect example:
We got the 5% back this summer. Trainers got it back first, on the June 24th paycheck, everyone else got it back around July/August. So much for a 99.9% reliable source.

Ok, I have 5 years with PAM. Did the C1 thing did my year, and stayed, don;t know why. I guess cause everytime I got ready to leave, they gave me a nice Dedicated auto lane. If you live in MI, do your year and get out! PAM use to be a good company till they brought in the new CEO Cushman, from CRST, Werner. Rumor has it he was let go from Werner as COO for nearly driving the company to Bankruptcy. PAM is ok now if you dont mind staying out for a month or so. But when it comes to home time... Forget it! They suck at getting you home. Out of the 5 years I was OTR irregular rout for bout 2.5 of those, they got me home bout 5 or 6 times when i requested it. Most of the time it was 2-3 days after I requested, and had to sit for days waiting for a load. Miles suck! If you get a good dispatcher, stay out, and push them you can get some miles. But they are going to e-logs, and 64/62 mph trucks = pay cut! Wanna make some money: do your year, pay off the $6000 school ($4000 credit after 1year of employment) and move on. All auto lanes are being contracted out to Owner Operators, so there will be no auto lanes available to get you home every 8-10 days. Sorry guys! DO NOT BELIEVE THE RECRUITERS!

I can't disagree with anything here. Hometime has become more and more problematic. When I was with AFS, it was NEVER a problem to get me home the DAY I requested. Now, it's more of a chore.
