You get to keep an eye on the state of your turbo charger. You can notice minor boost leaks faster.

Other Guages I might install: Oil Temp, Trans Temp and Diff temp, my other truck threw a couple of Rods, and I want to take extra better care of this new one that I got.

Pardon my ignorance, leaking boost would indicate less turbo boost pressure? I like your idea of the additional gauges...just need to figure out how to install them. Are there blogs in here about specific gauge installation ie: 2005 FL Century 120. The idea of seeing the pulse of the truck at your finger tips is very convenient, safe and money saver.

    Thank you for the insight.

yeah, If you normally see a certain PSI then suddenly it drops or fluctuates you can check the hoses and stuff. but normally you can hear a major boost leak. :)

Update on the install: I got the gauge kit in the mail today, but they did not supply a fitting for the manifold, any suggestions?
