Hey, where do I go on the company site to view my weekly settlements? I've been all over it but didn't see it. Maybe I'm over looking it or possibly in the wrong place. They didn't tell us where.

I haven't been to eith Slack ot Mansfield since Thanksgiving day but like I said I have seen more black drivers driving the day cabs back and forth than white ones. I don't work for Tango though I work for Risinger so I don't have their employment files in front of me but I am just saying what I have observed. Not a big deal maybe it was all the black ones who left.

Tango does not have online settlements that I know of. I think they will send a copy via qual com to company drivers. My settlements are direct deposit and I get statements from tango showing loads/expenses and all the other horse crap that I need to make sure "big brother" will get his share at the end of the year.

WHEEEEEEWWWWWWW! *wipes away the sweat of stress* Got a call last night while I was down at the mill doing a drop and hook and was told the power was down at the yard. A Tango driver hit a electrical pole which is right close to where our car's are parked. The way it sounded, it sounded like the pole was knocked down. Oh ####! I smoke like 5 cigarettes haulin' ### back to the yard. Get there to find out all was ok. The pole wasn't knocked down but it did rip the trailer door ripped smooth off the hinges. Mr. Ivan was called so we were told to preload and go home.

Me and that sorry ### excuse of a person Cleo got into it. I wasn't the only one to craw his ### and set him straight when I was doing what I had to do by unhooking one truck from a empty trailer and hooking mine up to it sense all the other trailers had trash on or a flat tire which nothing has been done about. I told him well if the other driver can't bring his ### to work on time then why waste my time when I take it he won't show up. Cleo being the racist MFer he is. He wouldn't have cleaned a trailer out for me and would have left me sitting while gripping at me for not getting to work. But he sure did get right on cleaning another trailer out for the guy who is alway's late coming in.

I'll do just fine though. I'll hold my ground and do my job. Atleast I was sure to make some new friends within the company with the higher authority. As long I I keep cool and do my job to meet or exceed expectations then all will be peachy.

Would be more than happy to pass your concerns "up the chain" if you wanted me to. Don't know if it would do any good or not LOL..Keep your cool and give the SOB enough rope to hang himself.

Lol, well I can say this job has it's up's and down's but if we can do away with this guy Cleo and split his hours between a couple other guy's that far deserve them more then everything would be ship shape. This guy goof's off alot and doesn't want us sitting around the yard. Why? So he can #### off and do wht he want's like sleep as several others do. Me and another driver showed up at the dock tonight back from the mill and we sat for 45 minutes. I finally pulled out of the dock and drove down to the office to find Cleo walking out "I thought I heard you pull up. You ready to reload?" Yup! WE have been ready to reload for the last 45 minutes. "The other forklift guy ain't down there?" Nope. "Where tha hell!" Where tha hell? Your forklift is parked only 20 feet away from his and you didn't notice when you walked out? The other guy is in his car riding around the building and Cleo is acting like he did nothing wrong but he ws sitting on his ### in the office trying to play pimp with the lady that works in there at night. So we load up and head to the mill. The 4 of us drivers showing up abotu 10 minutes apart but we are not getting unloaded. 2 OTR trucks show up and still have a loaded trailer in a door with a shuttle driver waiting to get a open door. We all get unloaded at the same time and the guy waiting get's to drop and hook. I tell the other to hang on just a minute and two of us are helping to speed along the drop and hook while the driver is handling the paper work. Then we convoy back to the yard where Cleo and his half ### helper are working a couple of OTR trucks. He blew up and looked like he was fixing to take flight because he knew he had to have those other two trucks unloaded and have all four of us preloaded, scaled and paper completed before we could clock out and had less than an hour to get it done because we would get our ###' chewed for staying clocked in later than 6am but he would have been the one to take the blame.

There's another story in which I am some what involved in and will share my info if it's called for sense me and Cleo were the only two who worked new years eve. I'm to tired to go into that right now though. Gotta figure out where I can see my pay settlments. Good night fellas.

My hubby checked into Tango. They seemed alright, but the deal breaker with us was the lowsy insurance. Limited medical that was expensive and paid next to nothing and you had to sit on that for a year or go without for a year. Either way, when a year comes you get the major medical and pre-existing conditions DO apply and that limited medical crap they had you on doesn't count. So, if you have a kid that has a medical condition, get on their "limited" medical insurance for a year, then switch over to their major medical insurance, then he will still be denied care over that pre-existing condition. I thought that was crap! Deal breaker and so we turned them down. The way we looked at it, if they were worth a crap then they'd offer something better than that.

Calling a company crap because of their medial Insurance??? WOW!!:biggrin_2554:
Their medical insurane may not be the best but last I checked you can still go out and get YOUR OWN policy.

Tango maybe alot of things but "crap" aint one of them. Since day one they have been honest and working with me to get me all the miles possible. I work with great drivers and great office personnel and this counts for much more then medical insurance.....of course I have to buy my own anyways.
