I am starting in Marshfield on Jan. 31. I have lots of thermals, plenty of layers, and some sub-zero boots and gloves. I spent most winters outside teaching snowboarding in upstate NY though, I think I can handle it.
I was talking to my recruiter the other day though about the weather. She said "I think it's supposed to get up to 20 this week." .... I just laughed. -
jasonb did you take these pics and / or are you still with Roehl. I see you age is 59. Did you just start your career 3 years ago? I have a pre-hire from Roehl. Considering my school options as of this writing. Would like to hear of your experiences. Thanks.

I did not stay on the road, although if I did I would probably still be with Roehl. All in all they were decent to work for. You couldn't do much better as a place to start. They are very safety oriented.

In July last year they had one day in the 70's when I was up in Marshfield. Where I'm from that would have been a beautiful day for July. In Marshfield I was cold and all bundled up. lol

I am considering Roehl, it sounds like they have a great training program. I am talking with Laura and gettting info from her.
