I always understood that TransAm runs primarily from the Upper Midwest to East Coast, go figure... should be "Trans-Northeastern-Quarter-Of-The-Country." You're down in Birmingham, so I don't know what that means to you in terms of home time. On the plus side, I'm pretty sure TransAm pays more than Stevens. Last I heard, Stevens was trying to jam two drivers into every truck and pay 'em minimum wage... best thing you can do is read what drivers have to say about those companies in this and other forums. I've never been with either one, and probably never will be, so take my advice with the proverbial grain of salt.
