I have a Phillips 20" and a Pete 387. I bought a wall mounting bracket but when I tried the covey hole it fit perfectly wedging lightly. Never needed bungee cords or anything. I've had it almost 3 years and still works great. It's 18 7/16" wide. The covey hole is like 17". But you want it angled some towards the bunk.
Another hint is one wont ride good with the table base on it. I use the TV only.

Your better off buying one at Walmart. Don't buy them no names at the truck stop. Any of Walmart's brands are decent. Best buy is overpriced. When you shop, look at the picture from different angles. Some go to pot when you look at an angle. In a truck you need to view from different angles.

Sometimes it's cheaper to buy both units separate. I bought a small flat screen cheap and dvd unit from walmart. The dvd unit was like $15-20 and the 15" flat screen was a discontinued unit for $100. I'm able to hook my computer to the flatscreen and switch channels between that and tv. :biggrin_25525:

I have a 19" for the truck and as soon as I went to another truck I found out I don't have a place to put it. I would go with a 13" and know you can put it in any truck you want. I even went down some more and picked up a 7". Never had a problem finding room for that one. A 13 should be fine.

I would just spend a little more money and get a laptop with a usb TV tuner. You can get a cheap laptop for $300 and a tuner for $50.
