its too bad they dont have anybody there who understands that if you "lose" the money they get from the government and their schools to get CDLs in students back pockets, and understand the safer the overall driver, the LOWER the cost to insure them, and the LOWER your costs will be coughing up hard earned money to throw at families suing you for millions of dollars. and the sad thing is, the most important commodity, life, is snuffed out for lower profits than what they COULD BE getting. That just dont go for Swift...it goes for everybody...

Whew, made me tired just reading that. Sure glad I didn't have to go through all that, not to mention the expense. When my company, where I worked for 38 years, went south, unemployment paid for my truck school. Got a job on concrete mixer, then end dump, and now on flat bed, all local. But, that mixer just about killed me. It was a old 3/4 cab Mack with no A/C and when it was 95 degrees and the sun coming in the windshield, and working 12 hours a day, it about did me in.
But there were good days and I now have a job I like, so life is good. Headin' for Omaha tomorrow on a day tripper. -
Did I just read War and Peace?
