Hello everyone! My name is Riley C. I am 12 years old, and wanting to be a trucker even now. Sorry if I am young, but I just want to communicate with truckers. Thanks!

I have several friends that thought about driving a truck then decided to take a quik easy computer course in a tech college. They are making 90k plus and only work for a few hours a day. They are alway home with their kids and 2 of them are scout leaders with my kid. I have one of the very few trucking jobs that alow a person to be home a good bit but it was a long road getting this far. Those computer tech's have it made. If they want to buy them a truck to drive part time, they could.Last edited by a moderator: Jan 5, 2011

Thanks for the advice. I play some virtual simulators for trucking just about every day. I also work for a virtual company.

You have plenty of time to think about it but you'll be 21 faster than you think.

Yeah, the 7th grade is already half over. It is best to get communicating with truckers at a young age. So I know what to plan for.

You can learn alot in here but make sure to finish school and then try to get into college, and after that you can decide if you want to drive a truck.
