No More Students at Werner?

There are plenty of trucks... I was at the indianapolis terminal on Thursday and Monday. There were TOO MANY trucks for me to park in the bobtail lot to drop off my truck for clutch work and pick up a LOANER truck that'd been sitting there for days.

Today the yard bulldozer got a good workout pulling tractors out of the ice that'd been there since before the thaw (wednesday-Thursday) and then frozen in place before half a dozen or so were assigned to NEW drivers in the TWO HOURS I was there picking up my truck.

I'm curious as to where you got that 20% figure...
