If you fail to list a previous injury or serious illness and Stevens finds out, you will likely be sent home, even if it has nothing to do with your ability to work now.
In Stevens eyes, it's all about honesty.
Most issues are non issues if disclosed.
As an example, I had a rotator cuff repaired 20 years ago.
They looked at the scar, had me do some arm motions, hold a five pound weight out at arms length for one minute and passed me.
I disclosed an injury from a land mine in 1968.
They looked at the scarring, had me sqat and stand 5 times and passed me.
Had I not disclosed these things and they found them (the scars), I would have likely been sent home.
It's all about honesty and integrity at Stevens. -
Yes it is all about honesty...
Have a scar on my breast plate, right where heart surgery would be performed, I listed the scar, and the reason, fell off the roof, and landed on a white picket fence as a kid.
Now if you provide your own transportation to Dallas, keep all your receipts for expenses for the trip, and Stevens will reimburse you for qualifying expenses, up to $200. I choose to fly, from WY to Dallas, and Stevens cut me a check on Wednesday, for $200, the actual day you are hired.
People who get DQ'd were trying to hide something, and got caught. And Stevens runs additional background checks after you arrive in Dallas. -
my backround as far as criminal stuff is good ive never been arrested for anything and my driving record is clean
