I seriously don't see it happening. They've tested for the same five substances since the 80's, despite the paranoia about other drugs that has come and gone. Employers may test for it if they do pre-hire testing, and hospitals may check for it if there is an accident, but I don't see it becoming a part of the random testing. Even if it did, the chemists who make "spice" will just tweak the formula so that it can't be tested for again.

I'm not suggesting that anyone should smoke spice and then go drive a truck, because that would be a very stupid thing to do, but I don't think that drivers are going to get popped for using it on their days off.

Of course there is the risk that if someone rear ends you in a Daihatsu and takes himself out of the gene pool, and you test positive for the stuff, there could be come serious consequences, but I haven't heard of that happening yet.

 

Me? I don't use any illegal drugs. I just love to make jokes about stuff that some people prefer to get upset over.
