Averitt Express - Their Claims vs Reality

    Management at Averitt will admit that they use Household Movers when paying miles. However, the differential between actual miles and the Averitt paid miles was more than 20% on several of my recent assignments.
    I have a hard time believing that Household Movers can be that far off? And, there were no off route miles. Not even to pee.
    Again, there was a noticeable increase in the differential once benefits kicked in. I have to suspect that Averitt management adds insult to injury.

    well once again averitt is a truckload carrier.. are you really shocked that
    you are getting screwed.. i mean are you really..you knew what you signed up for..and you are still shocked....there is no wonder these companies treat you idiots get screwed so much....get a real job...get into ltl.. they pay you and treat you like a professional.. we sleep in hotels. we are home 3-4 days a week.. it is the only way to truck... like i

    Dead almost 3 years! The information you are now looking at and responding to is wayout of date!
    Before posting to a thread look at the top left corner and notice the date! When they get this old since the last post it might just be best to let it stay in the storage trailer and look fo a newer post.
