How Many Volation Is Ok

I'm not sure I follow you. But if these "accidents" were in a car. No they will not hurt him.

Breaking a windshield and busting your mirror with your own vehicle, in your own driveway, is hardly an offense that will prevent someone from hiring him. Companies want to know how he performs in the real world of "other" peoples property. What is on his drivers license, is what they look at, for insurance & safety purposes

The deer incident.... nothing to worry about either.

 

never put on any application "accidents" that happen in your driveway. only road accidents that the police respond to. the deer strike "accident" is in many states required by law (at least my state) to report the deer strike to the DEM (department of enviromental management). this is to "track the deer movements" and to "count" the deer population. and by the way, killing a deer is a good thing. bad for the car though. i hate deer. i find them useless and should all be eradicated. the possible human deaths from deer strikes (and many people have died from deer strikes, or are severly injured) outweighs my feelings for the dumb animal........

 

As for the mirrors and windshield, I am not sure that even matters, I have to report two accidents that were not my fault and every company I have talked to just want to know what happened. One of my accidents was motorcycle vs. deer and I agree with Pro on this. #### thing had me bed ridden for 2 months.

 

the deer strike should be of no concern to anybody. it was an animal.....period........forgedaboudit

the backing out of the garage should be no ones concern either, it was on your property.....period.....forgedaboudit

the windshield should be no ones concern.....period..........forgedaboudit

ONLY ROAD ACCIDENTS that required police reports.....period.........REMEMBER THIS.........

 

The Bottom Line:::::

While your husband had a few minor incidents. They are not considered "accidents" Police reports are what are going to be required for recruiters. They are concerned with "aviodable, unaviodable. Otherwise, no one will know. Unless your insurance company has you on "the list". If you still have your policies, your not on the list.

The windshield...vandalism. Usually covered by your home owners policy.

The mirror, could have been filed the same way. On your home owners policy.

The deer, covered under your comprehensive coverage.

Your husband can mention the deer incident if he wishes. I would only do so, if a police report was filed. It really doesn't matter. I was involved in an accident that totalled 2 cars, not my fault. But still a matter of record. The recruiter and safety department blew it off. It was unavoidable.
