Do you mean that DAC reported incorrect information? If that's the case there is a process that drivers can follow to have incorrect information investigated and removed. Similar to getting your credit repaired.

Most companies upload information to DAC automatically and some codes can represent incorrect data in DAC's system.

By law, a motor carrier that uses DAC or any other employment verification process must give you the ability to challenge the information on a report obtained if the negative information affected their decision to hire you.

This does not mean that they must hire you but it does mean that they need to tell you how they reached their decision and how you can contest the information they obtained on you.
