Thers a easy test between the bs and the good posters and that each side , whoever is bashing the company lets say post there pay stub with milage and then the guy with the miles posting his milage after a 2 years of running for smith transport, , just a honset way too tell who lieing too who, i think :biggrin_2556:
I don't have a problem with that at all. I'm amazed that the commenters here aren't showing their "black beauties"! None of the trucks in the posts look anything like Smith trucks. Maybe a USXPRESS though. As far as "bashing" Smith------- Nope. Just being honest. Some are here for 16 years and don't have a problem. Plenty of miles. Others, well... they get by.

I am not a driver for Smith Transport. Never said I was. I have worked at Smith for several years and for the most part I like it there. We have seen some changes, but those changes were made to remain in business. Only the strong survive & here we are while the economy is starting to make a turn for the better, strong and still operating to capacity. I am willing to HONESTLY answer any question about Smith Transport and will not tolerate someone bashing the company that has supported my family for the past several years. If you work for Smith & don't like it, LEAVE!! Don't be a cancer & don't spread lies!!

Why Guess Who. I would've never thought that someone that does not drive, is located in Georgia (ah, the land of the peaches, oh wait a minute - is it "herbs" ?) would be SOOOOOO knowledgeable about the 700+ trucks and drivers and what they do in this country? Gee, you're good! One little corner of the world and you know EVERY minute of the day what is happening to the drivers on the road? Bashing the company? Nope! Whether you like it or not I can tell the story of one person. Those that read can judge for themselves! Ya know, just like buying a car! But then again, if they were to go to the FMC safety report, they would see that there is a rating of 71% for "Driver Fatigue." as well as failure to do safety inspections. Now, I don't think dirty is appropriate but your sarcasms is also a clear indicator as to what people can expect from "inside." I have not nor will I "bash" as you call it Smith. I'm glad to hear that you have done well by Smith. BUT bear in mind that there are others not as fortunate as you and they have a right to express their opinions and stories ---- Whether YOU like it or not! As far as saying you were a driver---thats obvious! You act and talk more like a dispatcher than anything! You don't even have a clue! The drivers from Smith are polite, hardworking men and women! All out there trying to make a living ! And all it takes is a few ARROGANT people working internally to put a hurt on them. Oh please! Take your hot air elsewhere. Like I said all people have to do is to read YOUR posts not just on this subject but elsewhere in the blogs and see what kind of employee you are! :biggrin_25523:

I see alot of Smith Transport daycab trucks up here pulling water tankers for the gas drilling. I didn't even know Smith had tankers.
