Kudos to those willing to lend a helping hand. A rare thing in today's society.

 

The first mentor my friend was with got suspended from mentoring over a speeding ticket. They routed them back home and he was off his truck waiting for a new mentor. My guess is they will really not look kindly on this.

 

I'm hoping other companies have the same policy/dept... even if they aren't named the same.

 

they most likely do. it costs "up to" $5,000 to recruit ONE new driver....that's a lot of money they lose if a student up and quits. talking to the company officials, is far better than just walking off a job...
