I just caught up on reading from where I stopped yesterday (page 10) and it sounds like things are taking a positive turn finally. Good on Swift for doing the right thing, good on the student for standing up and making that call, and good on you fine people for your offers of help.

And of course, Injun gets the gold star award for her efforts as well.

 

What about me? Although I didn't help in this case... I have invited & welcomed Swift driver's into my home in the past!! And I'm not even a Swift driver.......

Ok, now that I have caught up to the story...

1) Many thanks and much appreciation to the wise and mighty Injun for getting our OP his meds.

2) Kudos to Swift for stepping up to resolve the issue, including reimbursing the OP on the hotel charges.

3) Double Kudos to the OP for reporting the issue to the proper department in the first place. Been there, done that. Good on yer, and I hope the next mentor is better than the last (like he could get worse, right?)

Now, on to the next step...REVENGE! Personally, while I understand that Injun hails from the Apache, I'm thinking more along the lines of Norse, or Aztec...Really bloody cultures that liked to inflict lots and lots of pain..."Blood Eagle", anybody? Or how about flaying this useless sack of possibly diseased meat alive? I hear tell you can predict the next HOS screw-up by reading the intestines...just a thought.

On a wholly unrelated topic (yeah, right...), anybody know where I can get some concretemix cheap? Cause I gots plenty of swampland that needs filled in, know what I'm saying?
