You are better off being an employee and a fleet driver!!! Any lease is paying the companies bills, they need lease operators, not owner operators!!! Beware of any company like this...especially with students. They must get a break from dot on safety.
Pedromorales Thanks this. -
Uh.....I'm confused. When leasing and becoming an O/O, you pay your own bills and pay them for getting you loads. I have a personal friend that was with them for 2 years before leasing. He takes home after all expenses anywhere from 700-3000 depending on what pay period loads fall on and if he's training or not. Sometimes he makes more not training. (what he told me, but he has nothing to gain from me by lying)

I also DID work for central Ref. I did have 1 accident I would call preventable. a right turn what I call a A rurn that I missed somthing in the snow and struck it, but they put a Preventable on a Flat tire I ran over a damaged spot I did not see or have any notion it was there. last was me turning off the road to the right I cleared the side and did all the checks. but of course a nice little lady decided she could pass and before a few seconds she was passing me me going about 20 her well a bit faster. Now if you pass on the right and get into a accident your at fault. yes she said she saw my signal but later said it went off then even later said she never saw a signal. do I have any tickets No, do I have anything on my PSP no getting my CSA2010 to see what they put on it, So they did well on keeping me moving and all but they will Put a preventable on everything. and getting terminated is making it a paon to get a new Job. oh and that schooling do they send you a bill to have you pay it no they send you to a collection agency . I am checking why there billing me for school and not the school I went to billing me. Over all while working the DMs treated me well, on a whole I cant say there a good company. getting home when you request bad grade for them, keeping you rolling yes they do but not the right way all the time. I hope all you that do work for them the best.

Looking into going to Central Refrigerated Service for their school and getting experience under my belt. Looked into some other companies but not really getting a good feeling about the others. I am hoping to hear from someone who works for them or has in the last year because I might have some other questions. Thanks in advance.
