Central, which used to be Dick Simon, hasn't changed a bit I see.

Were once home to those deadly skunks that stared back at me

I worked for central a few yrs ago. I had no complaints,they got me home when I needed kept me moving. I had a few small issues but u will at every company. For the most part they were decent.

 

OWhere to start well for is they push L/o down ur throat and pretty muchtell your not goin to
Make hardly nething asa company driver.and for two they have a real problem with payin the driver back for scale tickets and nething u get for the truck.their only lookin fir L/o so they can stop paying for the truck.its a joke make the drivers play the hurry up and wait game.and
The miles are a joke now I've tryed switching dms and they make a big deal outta it.so
Once my year is up cause thwy make u waste a year of ur I'm leavin..make u wait to go
Dedicated that's just wrong.if ur a driver or student STAY AWAY FROM HERE PLEASE do more research on truck company's.now if ur a. Lucky driver good u figured out how to dwindle them.but don't lie and say its a good company cause ur prolly a L/o trainer and don't worry about miles not complainin much just sayin Wat I see goin on

 

It is why they have a 250% turnover rate. They don't care about any of their drivers, not even their lease operators. You are cared for if you do just as they tell you, they have complete control over your business, and as long as you pay their bills your ok, a dumb driver, a sucker, while they laugh all the way to the bank!!

 

Central now offering raises and new pay packages to tempt you into leases. No raise for fleet drivers, you don't pay their bills. It is based on you getting 2500 miles a week per truck. Some drivers only get 1800 so the raise is mute if you can not get the miles, also forced dispatched. No control whatso ever over your business is the fastest way to go out of business.

 

at end of lease Central wants $67000 for your truck if it is a 2009 kw

 

GIVE IT TIME, YOU WILL HAVE DOZEN OF ISSUES BEFORE YOUR LEASE IS UP. IF YOU LEASED THAT IS, THEY LAUGH AT ALL OF US WHO LEASE.

 

when did you lease to them. I just wanted to know because i am thinking about starting there as a company driver
